About me

Outdoor bootcamps take place in the fresh air in a lovely setting next to the river in Shirehampton.

The view is different every day, we watch and say hello to dog walkers and feel totally refreshed after a session.  

We always start with a warm up which can include a slight jog and some bodyweight exercises.  We then move on to a series of bodyweight, resistance band and sometimes light weighted exercises.  There can be up to 15 exercises which are done twice.  We finish with stretching to cool down.

This would appeal to anyone who would like to meet other like minded individuals, get some fresh air while working out and get their day off the a great start or even finish the day well if someone works nights.
